What is the turnaround time for my order?

Our production days are determined by the product type you are ordering. Review the charts below to find the number of production days the item you are ordering will follow.

If your order has multiple product types that have different production days. Your order will ship with the item that has the longest production time. Unless separate shipping is paid for to ship your order with multiple packages. If you need certain product types for your order sooner it is recommended to place separate orders for items that have different production days.

Production Timeline Information

  • Production time begins only after your proof has been approved.
  • All production timelines are based on business days only (excluding weekends and major holidays).
Proof Process:
  • Proofs are typically sent within 24 hours after placing your order.
  • However, the proofing stage may take longer depending on:
    • File quality or setup issues
    • Missing or incorrect information
    • Number of revisions requested

Because of this, production does not begin until final proof approval is received, and any delays during proofing will affect the overall timeline.
