Material Overview

Premium Conforming Cast Vinyl is built on a 2 mil premium cast vinyl film specifically engineered for graphics on textured surfaces. Unlike standard wall vinyl, this material softens when heated, allowing it to conform deep into surface textures such as concrete block, brick, industrial stucco, and textured tile for an exceptionally secure bond.

This material is designed for customers who want the highest level of performance on textured walls. Once properly installed, it closely follows the surface texture, producing a painted-on appearance while maintaining outstanding print quality and durability.

Because this material is intended for challenging architectural surfaces, installation requires specialized techniques, heat, and textured-surface application tools. For that reason, professional installation is strongly recommended. For heavy textured surfaces, standard squeegees should not be used and we recommend dedicated textured surface applicators during installation.

The cast construction also provides excellent resistance to water, mild acids, mild alkalis, and salt exposure. When protected with a laminate, it offers outstanding long-term durability for both indoor and short-term exterior graphics.

FAQ

Answers to questions about this material, compatibility, durability, installation, and applications

This is a premium cast construction that allows it to stretch and conform into textured surfaces that standard wall vinyl cannot fully contact. This produces better adhesion, greater durability, and a more natural painted-on appearance.

This material is designed for textured architectural surfaces, including concrete block, brick, industrial stucco, textured tile, and similar masonry commonly found in stadiums, restaurants, retail environments, and public buildings.

We highly recommend professional installation. This material requires heat and specialized application techniques to achieve proper conformity on textured surfaces. The use of textured-surface application tools rather than a standard squeegee is required. You may use this resource to locate professional certified installers in your area.

Yes. The film is removable, but removal generally requires heat and may leave adhesive residue depending on the surface. Extremely porous substrates may also experience paint or mortar damage during removal.

Yes. Premium Conforming Wall Vinyl is suitable for outdoor wall graphics. However, the expected outdoor performance is generally lower on textured surfaces, depending on environmental conditions, provided the graphics are not subjected to repeated freezing and thawing cycles. Indoor textured wall graphics are expected to perform significantly longer.
