How our drop shipping process works
Our drop shipping option is designed for businesses that want to resell our products under their own brand. We can drop ship (ship your packages without any of our branding).
Here’s how it works:
- You place the order directly on our website
- Select the Drop Ship / Blind Ship option at checkout
- Enter your customer’s shipping address
- We produce the order and ship it without Want Stickers branding
- No Want Stickers logos
- No pricing or invoices included
- Neutral packaging
- Your billing address will be the return address
Your customer receives the product as if it shipped directly from you. Once the order ships, you’ll receive a completed order email with tracking information. From there, you would manually update your own store with the order status and tracking details for your customer, if necessary.
Please select this option on the checkout menu, and we will be sure not to include any details about our business.

Most customers using third-party platforms handle fulfillment in one of these ways:
- Manual fulfillment
You receive an order in your store → place the matching order on wantstickers.com with drop shipping selected. - Batch fulfillment
Place multiple drop ship orders at once if you receive orders in groups.
This approach keeps artwork, materials, and production details accurate while avoiding automation errors.
At this time, we do not offer a direct integration or API connection that allows orders from another WooCommerce (or other e-commerce) store to automatically sync into our system for fulfillment. All orders must be submitted directly through wantstickers.com to be produced and shipped.
No, drop shipping is intended for resellers, not end customers. Orders must be placed by you (the reseller) so you can:
- Control pricing
- Review artwork
- Choose materials and finishes
- Manage customer communication
Yes! If you’re ordering the same products repeatedly, we can simplify the process for you. We can set up a private, account-only section on our website that you can access when logged in. This allows you to quickly add your standard products to the cart without re-entering the same details each time.

At this time, we don’t have a direct way to connect or sync orders from an external WooCommerce store into our system for automated fulfillment. If you’re looking to offer our products through your own WooCommerce store, most customers handle this by placing orders manually on our site as they come in, or by batching orders together as needed.
Our standard drop shipping (blind shipping) process works like this: orders are placed directly on our website with the Drop Ship option selected at checkout. We then produce and ship the order without Want Stickers branding. We use your customer’s shipping information, and your billing address as the return address.
Once the order ships, you’ll receive a completed order email with tracking information. From there, you would manually update your own store with the order status and tracking details for your customer.
