File Type Requirements for Specific Products
We prefer using vector graphics for all print products because they ensure high-quality prints at any size without pixelation or distortion. Vector files can be scaled infinitely without losing resolution, which also speeds up the turnaround time for your order.
However, we recognize that not everyone has access to vector files, so we accept raster (pixel) graphic file types as well for specific product types. Please refer to the chart below to determine the correct file type for your specific product.

Custom Shape Products
These file types are accepted an a majority of products on our website, including all standard products and signs. Vector graphics are preferred, but high resolution pixel-based graphics are allowed.

Transfer Products
Vector graphics only.
- .ai, .pdf, .eps, and .svg
Clear Products
- Vector Graphics – .ai, .pdf, .eps
- Raster (Pixel) Graphics – .png (with background transparency and high resolution)
