What do I do if my package has been lost, delayed, or damaged?

We work with multiple third party carrier services to get your items to you as fast and quickly as possible. No one likes a delayed or damaged package, but unfortunately, sometimes it happens. If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier first, as packages usually resurface within a day or two. If your items have been lost or damaged, please contact us and we can help file a claim and rush replacements to you.
