Can I merge accounts?

If you’ve created multiple user accounts and want to merge them, please contact our team with the email addresses associated with each account or order numbers linked to them. Let us know which account/email you’d like to keep as the primary account, and we’ll transfer all past orders to it. Once merged, you’ll be able to access all your order history in one place.

This is especially useful for companies where employees have left, and a new user needs access to previous orders and reorders.
