Can I receive a refund or reprint for my order?

We produce reprints and / or issue refunds for incorrect, defective, or damaged items. If you have an issue with your order please contact us and provide a photo that clearly indicates the problem. Our team will quickly and promptly reproduce any defective items after verifying the case of the issue.

Since all orders that we print are custom, we do not allow returns for issues that are not related to quality, such as:

-Any flags noted on proof that was approved
-Ordered the wrong size
-Material change
-Changed mind
-Decided a different product would better suit your needs.
