You should be able to reset your own password from the website login or account dashboard, but if for some reason these features do not work our team can assist with providing an updated password for the account. In some cases, the password cannot be reset because no account was ever created. Instead, the customer checked out as a guest. In this case, our team can create an account and tie any previous orders to the email address provided.
