If you have issues with the items you received please contact us and include a photo that indicates the problem area. Our team will address the issue and be in contact about a replacement if the item is defective. In most cases we do not require a physical return of defective or damaged goods.
Since every order we print is custom, we do not allow returns for reasons that are unrelated to quality. For example, we cannot refund/reprint your order if you submitted the wrong file, ordered an incorrect size, or decided you did not like it.
