Unfortunately, we do not offer a “crack and peel” backing or back slit option at this time.
However, while we don’t provide back-slitting for our stickers, we do incorporate an offset from the sticker to the edge of the backing liner paper.
This means there’s approximately .125″-.185″ (or larger based on product type ordered) of space between the vinyl and the edge of the backing liner, as depicted in the image below. This gap allows you to bend the liner paper in the offset area, making it simpler to peel the edge of the vinyl.
This offset serves multiple purposes:
- Ensuring the sticker is precisely cut
- Facilitating easy peeling
- Liner paper offset to hold very intricate shapes together
- Offering added protection to the edges of the sticker until it is removed from the liner paper
